Description
- The oven is made of double-layer Stainless Steel 304 with 2 cm thick ceramic fiber insulation between the layers for heat retention and gas efficiency.
- The base is made of a 3 cm thick refractory stone, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1200°C.
- After ignition, the oven reaches 420°C within 30 minutes.
Pomodoro ovens can cook pizza in just 1 minute with excellent results.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
AFTER COOKING
Keep the oven hot for a few minutes. The heat burns food leftovers naturally.
